TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Where it states item measurements, weights & sizes – this is only an approximate value and may differ slightly to what is being advertised. For instance, the weight and length may be slightly more or less by only a small amount. The hair is sold by the total weight. In order to contract with Loxx you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Loxx retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

A contract between us will not be formed until your order is updated and states it has been ‘Dispatched’. If your order is not accepted your payment will be refunded. Pricing and Availability Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Payment Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.

Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Your card will be debited prior to dispatching.

PROHIBITIONS

You will not steal or copy any information from this website, including logos, pictures and/or text without permission. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; send or receive any material which is in any way offensive or obscene, or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights; act contrary to the acceptable use policies of any Linked Sites or community standards generally; transmit or distribute a virus; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other Users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s trade marks or other proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or other promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through the Foxy Locks website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Loxx will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.


RETURNS

We hope that you love your new purchase! But if for any reason there is a problem with your order, then please contact us at: [email protected] with your full name, email address, item code, description of the problem and whether you would like to return or exchange, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days after purchase to return your item(s).

Due to hygiene reasons we only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with they cannot be removed from the cardboard holder & ties. All packaging must be returned with any return or exchange.

A free exchange only applies to one exchange (we will ship the replacement back to you free of charge), if you need to exchange twice on the same order, a small shipping fee will apply.

You will be refunded the product price at time of purchase only, postage is non refundable. We cannot refund or exchange re-dyed/coloured hair extensions.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund.

All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase.
